I took acting coaching with David, and he helped me land two TV pilots in the last year!  Thanks, David!

Darrin Rose, Actor and Comic

I think when most people start looking for an acting teacher they too often end up stepping into an intimidating, stifling environment where conjecture and shame are the status quo or conversely where pretending to be a dog or the moon is a worthwhile exercise. David exist somewhere in between in the best possible way, he's challenging but fun; open but also deadly serious about work. I've worked with him a number of times and he's got a great way of leveling the playing field between actor and coach while keeping things disciplined, specific and engaged. In short, he'll help you to be a better actor.

How can I describe David…? Well after having him as an acing coach for my first six months of training, I can confidently say that he played a huge part in molding my technique as an actor. David is wonderful at explaining and helping his actors apply different acting techniques in a way that is not only clearly communicated but also fun and inspiring. He pays close attention to the fine details and is brilliant at sharing constructive criticisms in a way that keeps you motivated. If all that weren’t enough he manages to bring something else… He is personable, respectful, he listens to what you have to say and best of all he believes in those he teaches and wants to see them succeed. Bottom line: David knows what his talking about; he is an excellent resource and an asset to any developing actor.
